 DUES
​Dues are $50 per year per household for all members.  Riparians also have a one-time special assessment of $50.00.  Please send your annual dues to the Treasurer by September 1 each year.  (But of course we will take your money at any time if you've missed the deadline.)  Please contact the Treasurer with questions.

BY LAWS AND ZONING
Square Lake Association Bylaws are available by requesting them from a board member.  Bloomfield Township Ordinances (including Zoning) may be found by on the Bloomfield Township website (click here.)

PLANNING TO BUILD OR REMODEL?
​If you are planning to remodel or build a new house in the Square Lake Association, you must seek approval of your plans from the Architectural Review Committee prior to starting work.  This includes exterior improvements to your home or property. Please contact the representative of that committee listed at the top of this page under "SLA Board and Officers".
